If you are not happy with your purchase, exchanges or returns are welcome within 14 days (you will be liable for all shipping costs), please submit your request by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The returned item must be sent within 14 days of receipt. Please not that discounted items are not eligible for refund.
Please note that all Boho Souk products are photographed by ourselves. We try to match as much as possible the images with the products, however due to computer screen resolutions, colours may sometimes vary a little. If you need more information about the tone of the product, please contact us.
Our products being hand-crafted, they might show imperfections and irregularities making up their charm and uniqueness.
Besides, we have among others, vintage rugs in the Boho Souk collection. These pieces are not new and may, therefore, show signs of use and wear commensurate with age. We have provided accurate descriptions and imagery on individual pieces in the store but we can provide additional photos and condition descriptions for each item upon request if you are unsure.
However, if you are still not satisfied with your item, we can proceed to exchange or full refund.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
This said, the item should be returned exactly in the same condition as sent out, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging. If the product has not been returned as requested, in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or the refund. Be careful to use the appropriate packaging to protect your item during transit.
If you want to cancel your purchase, contact us as soon as you can. If your item has not been sent yet, your order will be cancelled and you will get a refund. Should your item be already on its way, please return the product with 14 days maximum, so we can refund you. However, the cost of delivery will be in your charge.
COST OF RETURNS
All delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s own cost and convenience.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.
